Another place well worth a visit for delicious fish (but other options also available) is Steamers restaurant in nearby Beer. You will not be disappointed.

Another great spot in Beer, delicious without being quite as upmarket as Steamers above, offering a good variety of meal options and a specially curated range of local drinks.
Bloaters, Sidford
Just 5 minutes down the road is our pick for local fish and chips. Perfect to enjoy as a takeaway back at the pod, or to take down to savour on the beach at Sidmouth - just watch out for the seagulls who seem to enjoy them equally as much!
The Donkey Sanctuary
Less than a mile away from us in The Donkey Sanctuary, which whilst worth a visit in and of itself, also has a large cafe looking out to sea, where you will find a great spot for breakfast.
High Tide, Beer
For a beachside breakfast or lunch or just a homemade baked treat using local ingredients head over to Beer. Here you can also hire a deck chair or beach hut depending on availability.
